Homework - Trial preparation: Prosecution and defense questions and answers

In order to help out the prosecution and defense teams, all students need 5-7 questions and answers for each team.  Be sure to include the witness that would be asked each question.

Based on the introduction in class, create 5-7 questions and answers for the prosecution and defense teams in the case against "THE PACT."

The defense questions should make the pact look "less guilty" not fully responsible for the death of David Gregg. These questions should make the pact look like average kids -be sure to create questions and answers that bring out any positive qualities in the four kids.

The prosecution questions should do the exact opposite and make the pact look like careless criminals that ruined a family and tried to get away with it.
