Congratulations! All students on team7-1 completed the web and intro paragraph for the "Hero" essay. We will complte it next week.

Directions for the trial questions: Write your questions for each team on separate pieces of paper.

Prosecution - In preparation for the trial all students need to write 5-7 questions and answers in complete sentences that make the pact members look guilty or responsible for Davy Gregg's death. These questions will be used by the prosecution team to prove the pact is guilty of the charges listed on the trial prep. sheet. Their job is to make the pact members pay for their crimes.
ex. question - Barry, did you ever put any thought into the lives of Davy Gregg and his family?

Barry - I did, but not until almost a year after I killed him.

Defense - It is the defense team's job to make the pact look like average kids who made a mistake and have to live with it the rest of their lives. It should be discussed that the pact weren't the only people who made mistakes that night. It could also be that the pact has already been punished enough by a psycho stalker.
ex. question - Mr. Gregg, were there any reflectors on Davy's bike?

Mr. Gregg - No, it wasn't prepared for night riding.
